Regroup Monthly

Since the dawn of time, women have been gathering to support and encourage one another. Yet, in our busy world and with recent world events, getting together with other women has been difficult. In many ways, we’re more isolated than ever. Yet, women NEED other women!

My Zoom-held ReGroup Monthly is a way to gather with other like-minded, focused women to discuss what’s on our minds! Think of it as your monthly relief session to escape daily stress so you can get centered, reconnect, and refocus. It’s a session for midlife women that are done with grasping at straws trying to be the rock for everyone in a world of chaos. I will be bringing my years of expertise, skillset and tools to these sessions to help you make real, positive changes in your life.

The ReGroup Monthly Group is held the
2nd Tuesday of month starting in April
6pm PT / 7 pm MT / 8 pm CT / 9 pm ET
